FDIC Offer Forms
Below is a blank FDIC offer form and a example form that has been filled in. All you have to do is copy the blank form to your desktop, fill in the buyers section, and email to jasonwood@kw.com in the same excel format. Initially, this is all that is needed to make an offer. You do not have to submit earnest money, proof of funds, or sign anything to make an offer. Once the offer is negotiated, it will then be put into writing using a FDIC purchase and sale agreement. Earnest money & proof of funds will then need to be submitted.
